Quick service, fair price, really nice person. I am thoroughly impressed with Northwest Keyway- Dia appeared exactly when he said he'd be there. He has a fully equipped van and was able to complete the repairs quickly, and for a fair price. I would recommend Dia and Northwest Keyway.

Emailed Northwest Keyway, and received a prompt call from Dia, set up a time for a fob programming and to have the e-key cut. Met at the location in Schererville and the whole process took no more than 20 minutes. Dia asked me more than once if I wanted to go inside and warm up, very accommodating. Best price for the service I had found locally. Would recommend to others.

The Locksmith they came out to fix my Commercial door is awesome. The entire situation only took approximate five minutes however, my door was unlocked and unsecured for three weeks. I wish I would’ve called him soon. I would have given six stars if it was available.
